When you enquire or book with us, we may collect your name, phone number, and any preferences you share (such as your preferred barber). If you submit a form through Facebook or Instagram, some of this information may be pre-filled by Meta based on your account details.
How we use it
We use this information solely to contact you about your enquiry or booking, confirm appointment times, and provide the service you've requested. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking platform
Appointments are managed through Fresha. When you book through Fresha, their own privacy policy also applies to the information you provide directly to them.
Data storage
We keep enquiry and booking details only as long as needed to provide our service and respond to your enquiry, after which they are deleted or archived securely.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just get in touch via Instagram @bsharp_barbershop or through our website.
